Some Results From Real Coaching Journeys

My life has always revolved around learning and physical activity. Over the years, this has encompassed a career in health professions, a passion for triathlon, technical and cave diving, and working as a skydiving instructor. Along the way, I’ve faced persistent pain and other health challenges, including performance anxiety, which first appeared early in life and resurfaced at various stages. These experiences sparked my deep interest in managing complex pain and coaching elite endurance athletes, leading me to understand the transformative potential of psychotherapy and coaching.

Performance anxiety was a particularly distressing experience, robbing me of the joy I once felt in sport, work, and recreation. At times, it forced me to limit or even abandon activities I loved—a devastating prospect. Overcoming these challenges required me to turn inward, cultivating awareness, acceptance, and a creative approach to problem-solving. This personal journey taught me the importance of the mind-body connection in healing, holistic health, and achieving optimal performance—an area I remain passionately curious about.

I continue to be inspired by the human experience and our innate drive to seek deeper meaning and purpose. It’s remarkable how we can perceive ourselves as stuck or burdened, yet possess the capacity for profound transformation. I feel privileged to witness the courage and persistence of my clients as they connect with others, develop tools, and uncover their potential.
